1) Prospective Member Flyer: This is a single page flyer that we encourage members to download, print out, and keep in the glove boxes of their personal vehicles and their British Cars.  You can give this flyer to any prospective new member or slip under the wiper of a British Car you find within our area.

2) Membership Form: This is the most recent annual membership renewal form.

3) Expense Claim Form: If you have incurred expenses related to club activities, you need to fill out this form, attach your receipts and submit all to the treasurer.

4) Drive Check List: This is a check list for anyone organizing a drive who has either never done it before or simply wants to make sure they don't miss anything. Not everything on the list will apply to every drive, but reviewing the points listed will ensure your drive will be a success.

5) Meeting Sign In Sheet. Used to record all members and guests attending an official club meeting.

6) Meeting Resolution Form: This is a form used by the Secretary for recording important meeting resolutions which pertain to the organization and operation of the club such as By-Law changes, appointment of directors and major decisions affecting the operation of the club.

7) Official Club Logo: The Official Club logo, contained here, is the property of the The Headwaters British Car Club.  Members are welcomed to use the club logo in any manner that offers a benefit to the club. Preparing signs for events and other promotional material is acceptable. However, approval must be obtained from the Board of Directors for the  duplication of the Club's Logo for any project which results or is desgned to result in the sale of any item which displays the Logo.
